I am so very sorry to recently learn of Elmer's death. Elmer was such a nice man and always would greet you with a smile and a hand shake.

Please know that I will be thinking of all of you and hope each day will be a little easier to bear.

Condolences to the family -- Elmer worked with me for a few years in M&C Division when I was just a young engineer, and he taught me more than I ever learned in school. Always with a bright smile and a laugh, what a joy to work with! I'd see him around town and at FUMC after he retired and it always put a smile on my face to see his smile.

William and Barbara, we are so sorry to hear of Elmer's passing. Also, we were out of town and couldn't be with you all during the visitation. We have so many fond memories of growing up in Beech Grove and the love we all had for each other. There was no better place in the world than Beech Grove. All of you are in our prayers. Take care. We love you all.

We are saddened to hear about Elmer's passing, and we would like to extend our deepest sympathy to his family. As I recall, last time I went back to the States I met him and he was in good health. Life is so unpredictable. We will always remember him as a diligent worker, good friend and helpful neighbor. He'll be greatly missed.
